General Definition of Work: Performs a variety of duties required to maintain a safe and secure environment in schools, centers, academies, or for community education programs held during or after school, or on weekends when scheduled. Enforces policies and regulations designed to create a culture of safety and security in the school district. Manages students’ activity and behavior during school and at school-sponsored public events. Assists in response to emergency situations.
