About The Position

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare services to students in the Etiwanda, CA district. The role involves creating healthcare plans based on Individualized Education Program (IEP) needs and performing various nursing duties for a Pre-K to 12+ caseload. This position is itinerant, requiring travel to multiple school sites in the West-End area, including Alta Loma, Rancho Cucamonga, Etiwanda, and Upland.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.
• Active RN credential in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare plans to students based on IEP needs.
• Perform general nursing duties such as G-Tube care, Trach care, and diaper changing.
