School Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Student Care

Position Overview: Provide dedicated one-on-one care for a student requiring total dependent care throughout the school day, including monitoring during bus transport to and from school. Manage and administer nutrition and medications via gastrostomy tube (G-tube) and perform necessary feedings. Utilize a Hoyer lift and other assistive devices to facilitate safe transfers and positioning for the student. Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure the student’s medical needs are met while maintaining clear clinical documentation
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (Required)
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior experience and comfort with G-tube management and the use of Hoyer lifts for patient transfers
Responsibilities
