BAYADA Behavioral Health is a non-profit employer seeking an in-school Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®). RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. This role involves working directly with students in the classroom, following established service plans, and collaborating with school teams and teachers to implement behavior therapy techniques. The technician will document interventions and progress towards goals, collect behavior data, and provide training, instruction, and assistance to help students acquire and maintain skills and build independence in their school routine. The position supports school-age children to succeed with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
