ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC: Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12) Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs. What we offer: Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education Associates/High School Diploma Track 15.00 – 22.50 Bachelors Degree Track 15.00 – 24.00 Masters Degree Track 16.00 – 26.00 Potential wage increases every 6 months! Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12pm - 6:30pm, and every other Saturday from 9-12pm. Quarterly bonuses! up to $2,000 per year based on performance and attendance Small caseloads! Our therapists are able to focus on the individualized care for each child Paid training! We will teach you the way! No-cost supervision hours! Requirements

• A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must!
• An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
• A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver's license).
