The school psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations to assess the intellectual, educational, emotional, social, and behavioral characteristics of referred students. They will implement strategies to address educational, behavioral, or developmental issues and evaluate performance to assess growth. The psychologist will collaborate with educators and families to address student learning and behavioral problems and consult with other school-based personnel. Responsibilities include providing counseling, crisis intervention, planning and developing school-based interventions, and assessing the need for special services.
