About The Position

As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to perform testing on-site while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days. As the School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating school health services. Your objective will be to maximize in-class time by reducing health-related absenteeism, minimize learning-impairing health problems, and foster the highest level of independent functioning possible. Position Summary: Provide empathetic counseling, guidance, and mentorship to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Conduct classroom and school-based observations to gather meaningful insights that inform intervention and support planning. Promote student wellness by teaching and reinforcing key life skills such as communication, self-regulation, problem-solving, and emotional awareness.

Requirements

Active school psychology license issued by the Illinois Board of Psychology.
Possess at least a Master's degree or higher in an Educational Psychology-related field.

Nice To Haves

Certification from the National Association of School Psychology is preferred.
