About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Salem, OR area, focusing on Early Intervention & Childhood (Birth-5). Requirements

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology
• Active Oregon School Psychology License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the early intervention/childhood setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
