About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer part-time and full-time positions, exclusively in-person. Requirements

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent degree
• Eligible for certification by the Virginia Department of Education for an endorsement in School Psychology or be licensed by the Virginia Board of Psychology
• Strong skills in student assessment, data analysis, and IEP development
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations
• Prepare IEP reports and participate in IEP meetings
• Track and deliver progress reports
• Attend staff meetings and support multi-disciplinary collaboration
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
