About The Position

School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person Hello School Psychologists, Come work with a local, women- and therapist-founded company that’s dedicated to reimagining the school-based experience. Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for the 2025–2026 school year for in-person roles across Illinois . Position Details Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time or part-time available Location: In-person school-based roles (caseloads discussed in interview) Early Childhood Center Service Areas: Student evaluations, IEP reporting, documentation, and collaboration Your Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations Prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings Provide progress monitoring Attend staff meetings Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with School Psychologist endorsement State licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start NASP certification is a plus Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer match Reimbursement for licensing, CEUs, and professional development Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate W2 employee status General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching Waiting period applies Why Work With Us Ampersand Therapy empowers you to thrive as a school-based professional. Requirements

Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with School Psychologist endorsement
State licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start
