About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a high school in Detroit, Michigan to identify a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, full-year role serving a diverse student population and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic achievement, emotional well-being, and overall success. In this role, you will support students across all high school grade levels using an alphabetical caseload model. You will provide services to both general education students and those supported through 504 plans, addressing a wide range of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Your work will help identify barriers to learning, promote student wellness, and strengthen school-wide support systems. As a key member of the student support team, you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpret assessment data, and assist in determining eligibility and appropriate interventions. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to design and implement evidence-based supports. Participation in IEP and 504 meetings will be a regular part of your role, where you’ll provide insight and guidance to help teams make informed decisions. You will also support progress monitoring, consultation, and intervention planning while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification/license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • NASP certification preferred, but not required.
