About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to identify a dedicated School Psychologist who is committed to supporting student achievement and well-being. This full-time, school-based role will continue through the end of the current academic year and offers the chance to work with a diverse student population while contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment. In this position, you will serve students across multiple grade levels through an organized alphabetical caseload model. You will provide services to both general education students and those receiving support through 504 plans, helping identify learning challenges, address behavioral and social-emotional concerns, and promote strategies that strengthen student success both inside and outside the classroom. As a valued member of the school’s multidisciplinary support team, you will conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, interpret evaluation results, and assist teams in determining eligibility and appropriate supports. Collaboration will be central to this role, as you work closely with teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to design and implement effective, research-based interventions. You will also participate in IEP and 504 meetings, offering professional guidance that helps teams make informed decisions for each student. Additional responsibilities include providing consultation to staff, assisting with progress monitoring, and supporting intervention planning while ensuring compliance with district procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
