Position Overview: Conduct the multi-disciplinary assessment process for PreK-8th grade students, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and adaptive functioning for IEP/504 eligibility. Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling to help students build self-regulation, social skills, and emotional resilience. Provide consultation for Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RtI), designing data-driven strategies for academic and behavioral success. Facilitate the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support students with diverse behavioral needs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in School Psychology
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement (Required)
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a wide range of standardized diagnostic tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred, particularly with Early Childhood or Elementary evaluations
