About The Position

Be part of a team committed to elevating student success. Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a School Psychologist to collaborate with a progressive Illinois school district during the current academic year. This full-time role provides a meaningful opportunity to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring they have the support needed to thrive. In this position, you’ll play a central role in promoting student well-being through comprehensive assessments, counseling, and data-informed interventions. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to identify student needs and implement targeted strategies that support learning, behavior, and emotional health. Along with supporting individual students, you’ll contribute to strengthening school-wide systems that foster positive, inclusive environments. From participating in IEP and problem-solving meetings to guiding educators on effective classroom practices, your expertise will help shape a learning community where every student can build confidence, resilience, and long-term success.

Requirements

A master’s degree or higher in School or Educational Psychology
A valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
Candidates should demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Prior school-based experience is highly preferred
