About The Position
This position services students at schools within the Hawaii District as needed and assigned by the Hawaii District-South Special Education Special Services. The role involves developing district-wide plans and procedures for school level identification and referral of children with special educational needs, providing technical assistance to schools, and supervising subordinate School Psychologists. The position also includes rendering direct psychological diagnostic services to children, monitoring the school psychological services program, and keeping abreast of State and federal legislation that affects the program.
