The Operations Manager works under the general supervision of the Principal and plays a critical leadership role in the daily operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Saint Augustine School. This individual is responsible for overseeing program operations, financial management and reporting, including student and staff recruitment, student engagement initiatives, budget management, and outcomes assessment. All while promoting the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW) shared core values and fostered school pride. The Operations Manager must be a flexible, solutions-oriented leader capable of handling a range of responsibilities from emergency response to curricular implementation within a dynamic school environment.
