St. John Paul II School is seeking an Office Manager with the drive to foster our Catholic school mission. The school office manager contributes to effective public relations for the purpose of responding to inquiries at the school office from staff, students, parents, the public, etc.; providing requested information and/or referral to other parties directing visitors; and providing general support to teachers and administrators. The office manager is responsible for collecting and entering data into the Student Information System. This person is often the first person students and visitors see at St. John Paul II School; therefore, a warm and welcoming personality is essential.
