About The Position
The Joe V's Smart Shop School of Retail Leadership (SORL) Program is designed to develop individuals into Top Store Team Leaders through a combination of hands-on management experience, classroom training, and project work. Participants will gain exposure to all aspects of retail operations while enhancing their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
