Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Arizona OT license (or eligible to apply)
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric OT evaluations and school-based therapy services
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
• Complete documentation and IEP goals aligned with school timelines
• Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development
