Ampersand Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person positions in Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time Location: In-person school-based setting Caseload: Assigned based on district needs Service Areas: Student evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, collaboration Your Responsibilities Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring Maintain timely documentation Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers What We’re Looking For Illinois Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one prior to start) School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare coverage: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with employer match Reimbursement for licensing, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate W2 employee status General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteering and donation matching Waiting period applies Why Join Ampersand Therapy?
