Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, School-Based) – In-Person Middleton, ID Ampersand Therapy, a therapist-founded and run company, is hiring a School Based Occupational Therapists (OT). We offer positions, serving school districts with meaningful caseloads tailored to district needs. Whether you’re an experienced OT or new to the school setting, Ampersand Therapy provides a supportive team environment that truly understands your professional challenges and goals. Position Details Start/end Date: 1/26/26 thru mid to late April Location: In-person, school-based position Schedule: full time M-F Service Area: Student evaluations, treatment sessions, IEP development, and team collaboration
Requirements
- Valid Idaho State Occupational Therapy License (Education license must be active or pending)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for serving students and advocating for their needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in schools preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and deliver direct treatment in school settings
- Complete IEPs and all required documentation timely and accurately
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other school staff
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines for school-based therapy
