SCHEDULE: 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (8 Hours) Monday through Friday, when school is in session and lunch is served. Hours may vary with workload. DUTIES: Prepares fruits and veggies, preps and bakes pizza, serves breakfast and lunch and cleans prep area. Must keep records as required for state reports and any other duties assigned by manager. REQUIREMENTS: You must be able to follow institutional recipes as written. Must have good math skills. Computer knowledge helpful and must be willing to learn Point of Sale Cashiering System. Job also requires good communication skills, including writing and reading abilities, as a successful applicant will need to communicate with students, staff, administration and the public. Applicant must be able to push, pull or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds. YOU MUST BE SERV SAFE CERTIFIED OR PASS SERV SAFE WITHIN YOUR PROBATIONARY PERIOD. You will be required to pass a proficiency test showing ability to read and convert recipes. You will also be required to attend any job-related training as provided by the School Nutrition Dept.
