About The Position

The Alabama School of Mathematics and Science (ASMS) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the School Nurse. This role involves providing health services to students and assisting in the implementation of health-related policies and procedures within the school environment. The position is primarily day shift and requires a commitment to the health and well-being of students.

Requirements

• Licensed as a registered nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• CPR Certification.
• BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of anatomy and vital signs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience as a school nurse or pediatric nurse.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
