School Leadership Opportunities – 2026–2027 School Year ScholarMade is moving into its next chapter of growth and academic performance, and we are identifying school leaders who can drive measurable results in 2026–2027. Open leadership roles may include: School Director Instructional Coach Student Services and Intervention Lead Operations Manager Final role assignments will be based on experience, expertise, and organizational need.

Requirements

• A record of improving student outcomes
• Experience coaching teachers and developing instructional practice
• Strong data skills and comfort using formative assessments for decision-making
• Clear communication with teachers, students, and families
• Steady leadership in high-expectation environments
• Ability to support master scheduling, transportation, meals, facilities, compliance requirements, and academic operations
• Commitment to a positive staff culture grounded in respect, clarity, and accountability

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor academic plans aligned to state standards
• Coach teachers on instructional delivery, classroom culture, and student work analysis
• Manage the Emotional Intelligence framework and oversee discipline systems that reinforce consistency and respect
• Track assessment results, intervention plans, and progress monitoring
• Lead data-driven meetings and planning sessions
• Support parent communication, student conferences, and attendance follow-up
• Coordinate key operational expectations in collaboration with central staff
