About The Position
The School Launch Fellow position at Bold Charter School is designed for aspiring school leaders who are committed to the mission of building world-class K-12 public schools. This role involves extensive leadership development and collaboration with senior leaders to prepare for the launch of new schools in the Bridgeport and New Haven areas. The fellowship includes a year of training at Bold's flagship school in New York City, followed by a planning year to establish the new school, engage families, and build a strong team.
