Brief Description: Successful candidates will have significant experience as school leaders with deep instructional expertise and a strong command of pedagogy and effective teaching practices. They will demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional coaching skills, along with the ability to design and lead high-quality professional learning for educators and leadership teams. Experience across or within multiple grade spans (elementary, middle, high school, and postsecondary) and working with diverse student populations—including general education, special education, and multilingual/English learner students—is desirable. As part of the responsibilities, candidates must be able to motivate, guide, and supervise teams to develop and deliver high-quality professional learning that meets client expectations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and navigating complex organizational dynamics is an essential component of this role.
