About The Position

This position is for the 2025-2026 school year. Travel to different school locations throughout the district to fill in when a school kitchen is shorthanded. Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site which could vary from day to day; assist in other food preparation duties as directed; maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; train and provide work direction to others. This position is for 5 hours per day and 179 days per year. 170 student instructional days, 4 holidays, 5 extended days. Contracted days will be adjusted depending upon start date. (Considered full time with benefits)

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Provide a copy of the diploma to HR upon recommendation to hire.
• New employees may bring in up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience.

Responsibilities
