This position is for the 2024-2025 school year. The role involves traveling to different school locations throughout the district to fill in when a school kitchen is shorthanded. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, baking, and serving a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site, which could vary from day to day. The position also requires assisting in other food preparation duties as directed, maintaining facilities in a clean and sanitary condition, and training and providing work direction to others. This position is for 5 hours per day and 170 student instructional days, 4 holidays, and 5 extended days for a total of 179 days per year. Contracted days will be adjusted depending upon the start date. It is considered full-time with benefits.
