Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, though an Associate degree or CDA will be considered.
A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in early childhood education.
State-specific Director qualifications for New Jersey.
Documented experience working with children, references are required.
Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
Bilingual or experience with special education.
Leadership or mentor experience.
