Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related discipline required.
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience in licensed childcare center required; Service-oriented work experience a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience required; childcare center management preferred but we will consider staff management experience in a different field.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia licensing (BFTS) requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Required to pass comprehensive background check and hold credentials that meets or exceed Georgia state licensing standard for preschool center director.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
  • Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
  • Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
  • Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
  • Support and lead new company initiatives
