About The Position
Janitor/Custodian Supervisor for a private, K-12 educational private school on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL.
Requirements
- clear level II background check
- References required
- basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating systems
Responsibilities
- building and grounds maintenance
- painting
- lighting repair
- mulching areas around the building
- insuring the daily cleanliness of the school building
Benefits
- Hourly Rate is negotiable between $17.00 and $18.00, per hour
- Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire
- Employer Matching Contributions towards Retirement Plan, after 1 year of employment
- Health Insurance Benefits are not offered at this time.
