Morrow County School District has an opening for an Elementary School Counselor at Windy River Elementary School in Boardman, OR, beginning with the 2026-27 school year. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain full Oregon Licensure with proper grade level authorization, endorsement in school counseling, and must be Highly Qualified. Position will remain open until filled. Projected starting date August 24, 2026 Morrow County is located in rural north central Oregon, bordered on the north by the Columbia River and timbered by the Umatilla National Forest on the southern border. There are 9 campuses, approximately 2200 students and 320 staff. 4 Day School Week 150 Student days 171 Licensed Staff Days Competitive salary and benefits package. Morrow County School District, unlike many districts, currently pays the employee's portion of PERS bringing the comparable total compensation to a range of $56,977-$102,343 (2026-27 Salary Schedule TBD).
