Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are looking for a School Counselor in the Sierra Vista, AZ area for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Details:
Position: School Counselor
Setting: Elementary School
Full-time, 1.0 FTE (37.5 paid hours per week)
Position is for the remainder of the school year (1/26/26-5/22/26)
Work with Special Education Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc. according to student IEPs
Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and coordinate with school teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Arizona School Counseling Certificate
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

• Work with Special Education Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc. according to student IEPs
• Attend staff meetings
• Attend IEP meetings
• Coordinate with school teams
