About The Position
The School Counselor plays a vital role in promoting student success through leadership, advocacy, and collaboration. This position is responsible for implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. The counselor will work in alignment with the North Carolina State Board of Education's mission to ensure that every public school student graduates high school prepared for work and postsecondary education in the 21st century.
