School Counselor / Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) - Part-Time (1 Hr/Week)
About The Position

Cross Country Education is looking for a dedicated School Counselor for a unique, part-time role to provide in-person counseling services to students only requiring 1 hour of in-person service per week in Tucson, AZ for the '25–'26 school year! Position Overview: Deliver scheduled, in-person counseling services (30-minute weekly individual sessions) to a small caseload of two 6th-grade students, focusing on advancing their social-emotional growth and academic success. Manage and maintain comprehensive case documentation of all counseling interactions, progress monitoring, and referrals, ensuring compliance with school, district, and professional ethical standards. Consult and advise school staff regarding student behavioral and emotional support needs, and actively collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement comprehensive student well-being plans.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree (Required)
- Valid Arizona Licensure as an ADE School Counselor, ADE School Social Worker, or related Clinical/School Mental Health Professional (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, PCPC, or School Psych)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
