About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, clean, and organized School Cook to join our team! This position is responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children in a busy, positive school environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
No nights or weekends required
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking and wants a consistent weekday schedule in a positive school setting.

Requirements

• Current Food Handler’s Permit
• No criminal background
• Previous food service experience required
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and food products
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow menus and portion guidelines
• Ensure timely meal service for 130–170 children each day
• Work cooperatively with school staff
• Lift and move boxes and food products as needed
