School Cleaner – Full-Time - Days - 580
About The Position
Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed Empty trash bins and replace liners Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor Location: School Cleaning in Cleveland, Ohio 44120 Days: Monday through Friday Time: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Call or text 216-244-8857 for immediate consideration This is a all year round position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work (preferred)
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to work in Canton, Ohio during evening hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust cleaning routines as needed
- Basic English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
