About The Position

Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified partners in hiring a dependable School Cleaner for a school facility in South Florida. The ideal candidate is detail -oriented, responsible, and able to maintain assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for daily use. The hiring manager prefers one candidate who can work both schedules as one extended shift.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be authorized to work and pass employment verification requirements
• Reliable transportation is recommended
• Ability to work independently and consistently

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize 2 restrooms
• Clean and maintain 1 water fountain area, including the mat/rug
• Clean and maintain 7 classrooms
• Dust the outside hallway area near the classrooms once per week
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect assigned areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Maintain cleanliness standards set by management
• Follow instructions and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
