About The Position

Requirements

• A considerate and responsible individual who is sensitive to the needs of all children
• Valid CORI
• Fingerprinting results required
• 5 Days a week
• Position is split shift, approximate hours 6:30am-9:30am and 1:30pm to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and assist them on and off the bus/van
• Make sure students are safely buckled in their seats. This also includes assisting wheelchair students with seatbelts and attachments
• Oversee student behavior while riding the vehicle as well as boarding and departing the bus.
• Engage with students to help them feel comfortable and safe.
• Cares about students well being
• Helps students into the schools if necessary
