School Bus Monitor - $18 per hour

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Complete a training program approved by the school bus provider or previous experience.
• Knowledge of health, safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work in a friendly manner with co-workers, students, parents, school department staff and community.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected interruptions of the daily work pattern.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to team efforts and organizational efforts.
• Ability to manage students and equipment.
• Ability to recognize unusual student behavior and advise supervisor.
• Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements.
• Positive attitude.
• Successful interview.
