About The Position
Niagara Falls Coach Lines is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers. We are a reputable transportation company specializing in school bus services throughout the Western New York area. Our mission is to provide safe and reliable transportation for students, and we are looking for honest, hard-working, and motivated individuals who can contribute to this goal. The ideal candidates will be those who enjoy working with children and demonstrate respect towards fellow employees. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school and other related activities. This role requires a commitment to safety and adherence to all transportation regulations. You will be expected to maintain a clean driving record and ensure that the bus is in good working condition. Additionally, you will be subject to a drug screen, physical examination, and background check as part of the hiring process. All candidates will also be subject to DOT drug testing, in compliance with federal regulations. We offer competitive wages starting at $23.10 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $26.00 per hour based on experience. New drivers will receive free training, and there is a sign-on bonus available for those who already possess a CDL with P&S endorsements. We guarantee a minimum of 20 hours of work while school is in session, and bus aides will be provided on runs to assist with student management. Our work schedule includes both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, allowing for flexibility in your work hours.
