About The Position

We are your friends, family, and neighbors - come join our Team! We are in need of School Bus Drivers for the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year. $25.00 Per Hour to Start! $1,000 New Hire Sign on Bonus! Daily 6 Hour Pay Guarantee! Responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students; including all duties connected to operating a school bus per all applicable client district policies & state/federal laws Ability to manage and maintain all students on the bus in a calm and safe manner Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required Report to duty on time and maintain route on time and in a safe manner Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency Inform all appropriate personnel of problems/procedures/incidents Complete all required paperwork (including route change sheets, timecards, vehicle repair requests) Keep the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and presentable Present a neat and professional personal appearance at all times Maintain a professional attitude with parents, students, other staff members, fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers Safely and efficiently utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios and emergency equipment Compensation and Benefits $25.00 to $28.00 per hour! $1,000 new Hire Sign on Bonus! Scheduled Pay Increases! Guaranteed 6 hours pay daily! Requirements
- RESA Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Passenger, & School Bus Endorsements
- Age : Minimum 23 years of age
- Work Experience: 1+ Years
Responsibilities
