Location Info: Illinois Central School Bus 2739 W. 139th Street, Chicago, IL 60406 No school bus experience necessary! We will provide training for you to get your CDL and required endorsements! We are proud to offer: $25.00 to $33.36 per hour (based on experience) Paid weekly AM & PM shifts No weekends required Time off during school holidays Weekly Attendance Bonus - $1.00 per hour (must work Monday-Friday, all shifts AM & PM) Hours: Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the A.M./P.M. route package Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks Benefits: 8 Paid Holidays 401(k) Company Match Paid days off, 3 leave & 2 Personal Days Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance (during open enrollment)
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Pass a background check, drug screen & physical

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet students with a smile and a positive attitude
- Safely transport passengers
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process
- Good verbal communication skills
