About The Position

$5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements. $2,500 sign-on bonus for applicants who successfully complete company-provided CDL training. Sign-on bonuses are available to new hires only who are hired between February 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026. Applicants must be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for Wilmington or Middletown. Bonus eligibility periods begin after all required training has been successfully completed. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, and additional terms may apply. Requirements
