About The Position

Highline Public Schools is seeking School Bus Driver Trainees to join our Bus Driver team! No experience is necessary and PAID training will be provided! We are hiring for all transportation positions, as we continue to support students with on-site learning. Bus driver trainees are provided with the opportunity to enroll in and complete the district's paid driver training program and to obtain a CDL and OSPI School Bus Driver Authorization. Upon successfully completing the program, bus drivers start at $32.58/hour upon transitioning into a Guest Bus Driver position. Drivers may also apply and interview for a Regular Bus Driver position.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to complete training and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in and complete the district's paid driver training program.

• Drive school buses for morning, mid-day, and afternoon routes.
