Reliant Transportation is looking for School Bus Attendants to partner with our School Bus Drivers to provide a safe environment for our riders. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with children and have strong communication skills for the Chicago public school students for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Must be able to pass CPR course. Be willing and able to provide door to door service for students. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent attendance record in previous work experience and able to work outdoors in all weather. Able to work with students of all ages with mental and physical disabilities. Able to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service. Able to follow and provide clear, concise, and accurate directions. Starting pay rate: $19.50/hour Healthcare Benefits: PPO Medical, Medical HSA, Prescription, Dental, Vision (spouse and dependent children), Telemedicine, FSA, Life, AD&D, Group Accident, LTD, STD, EAP, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Substance Abuse Professionals programming Effective October 1, 2026, bargaining unit employees assigned to the CPS contract shall receive an annual stipend of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for vision insurance under the Teamsters Vision Plan.
