About The Position

Merakey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to
support our school program in Scranton, PA. This position offers a low student
count, allowing for focused clinical work, strong collaboration with educational
staff, and meaningful impact with students. This is a fee-for-service
opportunity ideal for a BCBA seeking a flexible, part-time schedule within the
school day.

Schedule: Fee-for-Service | 10–15 hours per week during the school day
Compensation: $55.19/hour

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Pennsylvania BCBA Licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services within a Merakey school setting
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support staff in implementing ABA strategies and best practices
• Monitor student progress and adjust programming based on data
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
