About The Position

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensed, in good standing, by Arkansas Professional Board as an LCSW, LMSW, PLMSW, LPC, LAC, LPE-I, LPE, or PhD.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a school-based or community-based behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Trauma Focused CBT certified or in progress.
  • Other specialized training/certification or in progress (e.g., play therapy, EMDR).
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule.
  • Experience working in an Electronic Medical Record.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical services including diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapies, and crisis intervention.
  • Develop treatment plans in cooperation with clients, families, and treatment team members.
  • Participate in departmental and program treatment team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
  • Work with administrative support to facilitate scheduling and authorizations for services.
  • Complete all clinical and administrative processes in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide timely communication with supervisors, colleagues, clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Coordinate treatment with other professionals and programs within the continuum of care.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal licensing and accreditation regulations.
  • Participate in school-based family service meetings and provide ongoing consultation to educational staff.
