School-Based TBS Specialist
About The Position
As a School-Based TBS Specialist, you'll play a meaningful role in service linkage and care coordination to assist individuals in addressing their behavioral health needs and tracking relevant health outcomes. School-based Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) Specialist is primarily school and community-based, providing support, case management, and service linkage within Boundless and outside providers that identify and address behavioral health needs, developmental issues, and barriers to care. School-Based TBS Specialists will work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff, and outside providers that support treatment and contribute meaningfully whole health outcomes of the individual served.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or another related field OR at least three years working in the human services field.
- Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
- High School and GED required.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles - No more than 5 points on driving record.
- Valid car insurance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR – adult and child. (Training will be provided if not already certified).
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
- Two years of experience in a case management or care coordinator role.
- Experience working in a school-based setting.
