Position Overview: Provide high-quality speech and language services to a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, focusing on individualized goals and measurable outcomes. Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring all speech-related goals are evidence-based and compliant with CA state standards. Partner with teachers, families, and school administrators to integrate speech goals into the classroom and provide holistic support for student communication. Maintain meticulous documentation of service delivery, assessments, and student progress to ensure consistent, transparent reporting through the end of the school year.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Active CA-SLP Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Prior experience managing school-based caseloads and a thorough understanding of IEP software and California special education regulations
